Education is the most precious gift in one's life that helps to eliminate ignorance and, through enlightenment, empowers a man to act and think morally. It gives students more authority, broadens their mental horizons, develops best societal relations and makes it possible for them to live a respectable and lauded life. That is why I adore education.

Navjivan Science College, the visionary dream of its founder Shri Girdharlal C. Sheth, a humble philanthropist of education whose small mission a decade ago to transform a small college into a big one, has unfolded into an institution of glorious past and great future, I am greatly delighted and proud to be a part of it.

In order to fulfil our vision and objective, we are willing to put up the greatest amount of work for the improvement of the academic background in India. We think that education is a powerful tool for transforming society. We are inspired by the hundreds of students who have eagerness to pursue education and make their futures bright with a positive impact on society. We are pleased to be a member of an outstanding institution that is influencing both urban and rural areas. With a dedication to fully meet the expectations of the students, parents, and society at large, Navjivan Science College strives for continuous improvement in the quality of all academic activities.

The personal development of each and every student is important for our college. We use a "mentor system," where each class is integrated into the complex web of a teacher. We place a high priority on our pupils' behavioural control, moral character, and cognitive growth. Our students' multifaceted growth is supported by integrated services provided by the Department of Youth Welfare, NSS, Physical Education, Career Guidance Cell, Finishing School, Integrated Personality Development Cell and Centre for Women Empowerment. With a highly creative faculty, our professors work hard to impart not only academic programmes but also the life skills necessary for students' self-development.
